Ethics Complaint Dismissed Against WV Supreme Court Justice

An ethics complaint against West Virginia Supreme Court Justice Robin Davis has been dismissed. A report by the West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission says the complaint was baseless, and that the commission found no evidence to support a finding of probable cause that Davis violated the Code of Judicial Conduct. The complaint alleged that Davis failed to timely disclose any potential conflict in a nursing home wrongful death case.
