Charleston authorities apprehend Oklahoma fugitive

An Oklahoma fugitive is in custody in Charleston. Thirty-one-year-old Matthew Laney is a convicted sex offender and wanted fugitive from Oklahoma. He was arrested at Anytime Fitness in Kanawha City over the weekend. Laney threatened to commit a mass shooting at a probation office in Oklahoma in January.
