A judge is not buying the claim that Alpha Natural Resources was harmed by former Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship. Alpha was seeking 28-million-dollars in restitution from Blankenship. U.S. District Judge Irene Berger said in her ruling that Alpha was not a “victim” of the former coal boss’ actions.
