A pay raise for WV teachers

West Virginia teachers are getting a pay raise…Governor Jim Justice announced the deal yesterday. Teachers and school service personnel will get a five percent raise in the first year. All state personnel will receive a three percent raise. It’s a move aimed at ending the teacher strike that’s been going on since last week. Justice says teachers will go back to work tomorrow.
