District 3 council seat

Two Democrats are seeking a District 3 council seat. Incumbent Fred Jackson is not going after another term. Alex Vence and Bob Garza hope to win the Huntington City Council slot. District 3 stretches from 1st to 18th streets, and from the Ohio River past 7th Avenue.
