WV could collect over 20 million dollars in internet sales tax

The shopping frenzy continues today with cyber Monday, and West Virginia estimates it will bring in over 20-million-dollars in sales tax over a one-year period in online sales. Internet companies that do business in West Virginia will have to collect sales tax, just like businesses with physical locations in the state. The state will start collecting the new taxes in January.
