Woman accused of stealing power line

A Boone County woman is accused of stealing more than two miles of main power line from Appalachian Power. Monica Pauley was arrested Thursday night, she’s charged with larceny, and conspiracy. Authorities say she stole two-and-a-half-miles of power line that was already in place on power poles. Police are searching for a second suspect.
