Joyful Night Celebration next Tuesday

West Virginia’s annual Joyful Night Celebration will take place next Tuesday at the State Capitol. The First Family encourages everyone to bring a new unwrapped toy for the Marine’s Toys for Tots campaign. The program begins at 5:30 at Lincoln Plaza.
