White paint on memorial

Police are investigating after white paint was thrown on a veterans memorial in Madison. The Madison Police Department says it is offering a $500 reward leading to the conviction of those responsible for last week’s vandalism. Media outlets report paint also was thrown on Scott High School’s field house.
