Justice Walker files motion to dismiss article of impeachment

Attorneys for Justice Beth Walker have filed a motion to dismiss an article of impeachment against her. Walker is named in only one article that claims the justices failed to hold each other accountable. Her attorney described the article as a “catch-all,” and there is not an individual article against Walker.
