Justice Full Cabinet

Jim Justice has his full cabinet in place as he takes over the state’s top office. Justice has been filling the positions for the last several weeks and finalized it over the weekend when he named Tom Smith as Transportation Secretary. Smith served as Senior Transportation Advisor for the Appalachian Regional Commission in Washington, DC and also spent nearly four decades working for the Federal Highway Administration. He will join the Justice team next month.
