60 and over
• Awards will be given to the top 3 male and female overall finishers
• Top finisher each age category (does not include the 10 and under
• Keep an eye out for special turkey hats along the course. Find one
and wear it across the finish line and report to the prize tent to
claim your prize.
• The first 10 participants to report to the prize tent in full costume
will receive a prize.
• Award will be given for largest food donation.

We are encouraging every participant to bring as many canned food items as possible. A prize will be given to the largest donation.
All proceeds will be used by Union Mission to purchase food for Christmas baskets to needy families

Children 10 and under non-competitive level is

*Online registration will close Wednesday, November 27 at 7:00 AM. If you miss the deadline, registration will be available at the Packet Pickup on
Wednesday, November 27 and Thursday, November 28 at race from 7:30 – 8:45 AM.

you pick your packet up on Wednesday November 27 from 3:00 – 6:00
PM at Union Mission 700 South Park Road, Charleston, WV.

Trying to get our children off of the cellphone or computer long enough to utter a few sentences has been a challenge. The point at which parents have enough is when it interferes with school grades. Researching other parents solutions to this problems revealed this is not just any problem. Teen cellphone use is an epidemic all across the world! This got me thinking how to use kids lust for cellphone use toward educational purposes, not just leisure.
