Justin Bieber is in hot water with his neighbors. They say not only does he drive his Ferrari way too fast, they have also seen him riding a Segway and smoking a joint--in front of neighborhood kids! They say Justin and his friends have turned the neighborhood upside down. They've called cops twice in the last week over loud noise coming from Justin's house where parties go until 3 AM. Some residents are claiming Justin almost hit a neighbor pulling out of his driveway. The homeowner's board is planning on taking action. They've talked to cops who promise they will start towing vehicles that are left on the street overnight. Word has it Bieber is also running a business from his house, which is banned by the association rules.
When Courtney Love is offering you advice, you can be pretty sure your life is a wreck. Courtney reached out to Amanda Bynes Monday night, tweeting, "Pull it together, dude." Amanda didn't take too kindly to the message, shooting back with "Courtney Love is the ugliest woman I've ever seen. To be mentioned by her at all makes me and all my friends laugh!" But Courtney didn't fight back. She wrote, "Amanda, I wasn't attacking you, love. I've been in your shoes before, wasn't easy. DM me, let's talk. Ignore the haters." Just before her rant, Amanda claimed that her lawyer is getting her case dropped. But that might be fanciful thinking. She was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, attempted tampering with evidence and marijuana possession Thursday, after allegedly throwing a bong out of her 36th-floor apartment in full view of cops.
KATY PERRY was spotted with both ROBERT PATTINSON and her ex-boyfriend JOHN MAYER over the Memorial Day weekend. On Monday, Mayer showed up at a party at Katy's house, and sources say they looked like a couple again. On Sunday, Katy was at a ranch in California with Rob, watching two strangers rehearse for their wedding, but they did NOT act like a couple.
