In what has to be the least-shocking news of the new millennium, SHAUNA SAND has announced that she's going to give up the fight to keep her "homemade" sex video from being released. --Based on the production values alone, very few people believed that the video . . . featuring Shauna and her boyfriend . . . was private and not meant to be seen by the rest of us. --But when Vivid Video announced they were going to sell it, she at least made it LOOK like she was going to put up a fight. --Shauna's rep now says she doesn't want to get involved in a, quote, "long and expensive" legal battle. So she withdrew her cease-and-desist order, and now it's legitimately for sale.

ROSIE O'DONNELL was a little less vague about the status of her relationship in an interview yesterday. In fact, she admitted that she and Kelli Carpenter are actually separated. --She said, quote, "We have come to a point where we are seeing [if] what will make everyone happiest is maybe to not live together, but continue to parent. We have different styles of living. I'm very messy. She's very not." --But she added, quote, "I think we're working through what is best for us . . . It's all okay. Kelli and I have a very strong connection . . . I love her very much."

KHLOE KARDASHIAN and LAMAR ODOM may not be secure enough in their relationship to open up and share their finances. But they ARE secure enough to mark up their bodies PERMANENTLY with tattoos of each other's initials. --Khloe and Lamar got symbols of their ETERNAL LOVE on their hands.

LEONA LEWIS has been dating the same guy since before she was famous. His name is Lou Al-Chamaa, and he's an electrician. --And if you think Leona shouldn't be dating an electrician just because she's a famous pop star now, she's got something to tell you. --She says, quote, "I find it very offensive. It's offensive to him . . . implying he's not good enough for [me] anymore. But also to [me], saying [I'm] so shallow [I'd] dump him when [I] became famous. -It's like, seriously? This is real life, it isn't make-believe. For people to think that you should leave someone because, all of the sudden, you're a singer and you have opportunities. I feel very sorry for them. --It does make me angry. Because he's a great person. And it doesn't matter what you do in life, what your job is, where you come from. None of that matters to me. What matters is who you are as a person . . . nothing else.”

Your new (alleged) couple of the week is . . . TAYLOR SWIFT and "New Moon" stud TAYLOR LAUTNER. The two of them hit a Los Angeles Kings hockey game together on Sunday night. --After the game, they were seen going into the Beverly Wilshire Hotel . . . but nobody saw them come out.

Yesterday, KATE GOSSELIN'S lawyer, Mark Momjian, released a statement confirming that JON GOSSELIN has paid back the money he withdrew from their joint account. --Momjian said, quote, "We are clearly pleased that the monies taken by Mr. Gosselin have been returned . . . and we look forward to recouping additional monies taken by Mr. Gosselin at the time of the parties' private arbitration hearings." --A few weeks ago, a judge ordered Jon to return $180,000 to the account. But Kate claims Jon took $235,000. Another arbitration hearing has been scheduled for next month.
