We have no idea if all those rumors about BRUCE JENNER surgically becoming a woman are true.  But the "Star" tabloid claims KIM KARDASHIAN and KANYE WEST don't want him in their wedding if he is indeed a woman . . . or in the process of becoming a woman . . . by the time they're ready to get hitched. It's mostly Kanye though.  A source says, quote, "He told Kim that if Bruce is not a guy on the day they tie the knot, he doesn't want him to be part of the ceremony."

If you start a petition on the official White House website, WhiteHouse.gov, and it gets 100,000 signatures within 30 days, then the White House WILL respond to said petition. And that means that the White House now has to wade into the issue of whether or not to DEPORT JUSTIN BIEBER. Because last week, someone started a petition to deport him and revoke his green card.  And it got those 100,000 signatures in SIX DAYS.

The Bieber Saga continues…Prosecutors in Toronto have charged Justin with CRIMINAL ASSAULT for allegedly beating up a limo driver back in December.  The driver was reportedly hit in the back of the head several times while taking Justin and his posse to a hockey game. We're assuming Justin was the assailant, since he was the one charged.  Justin turned himself in yesterday, and was released.

Meanwhile, in Miami, Justin's lawyer entered a NOT GUILTY plea to the charges he's facing there:  Driving under the influence, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest.

A GoDaddy Super Bowl ad will have a woman quitting her job LIVE on TV.  GoDaddy says, quote, "Her boss doesn't know! . . . After the commercial, a formal resignation letter will be delivered, and she'll give her two-week notice."

BILLY RAY CYRUS thinks he knows what JUSTIN BIEBER needs.  He says, quote, "I would just invite him to come down and chill out with me, maybe in Tennessee.  Let's go up to the teepee, build a fire, step away and just, you know, maybe take a break for a little bit, just think about what's important.  Get back to life . . . Build a fire, count the deer and the hawks and relax a little bit."

Justin Bieber is reportedly moving out the posh Southern California neighborhood he's been terrorizing. TMZ says the Bieb "has had enough of suburban life" and that the egging incident and the Sheriff's raid on his Calabasas home were the "final straw." No word on where he's moving to, but you can be sure whoever his new neighbors are, they won't be happy about it. Meanwhile, prosecutors in Justin's egging case have asked for further investigation.

Jude Law wasn't the only person being unfaithful during his relationship with Sienna Miller. Turns out she was cheating with Daniel Craig. The revelation came out when News of the World reporter Dan Evans testified that he eavesdropped on the James Bond star's voicemails while under pressure to produce a front-page story. Evans said he heard a message from a woman calling from a number he later verified to be Sienna's. She allegedly told Daniel, "Hi, it’s me. Cannot speak. I’m at the Groucho [Club] with Jude. I love you." Sienna and Jude eventually split after it was discovered that he had an affair with his children's nanny.

Getting beat up by Kanye West is a lucrative business. TMZ says Yeezy has agreed to pay the young man he pummeled inside a Beverly Hills chiropractor's office earlier this month more than $250,000. Sources say the man -- who allegedly hurled racial epithets at Kim Kardashian -- "now feels satisfied enough that he won't go forward with a criminal prosecution." The D.A. had not charged Kanye with battery, and now there's little chance of that happening. So case closed.

STEVEN TYLER apparently doesn't think JUSTIN BIEBER is doing anything wrong.  Asked if he had any advice for Justin, Tyler noted that he's the biggest pop star in the world and was riding in an expensive car with a gorgeous woman.  Therefore, Tyler's "advice" to Justin was, quote, "Nice going."

This might be hard to believe but, during a meeting of the National Automobile Dealers Association, HILLARY CLINTON admitted that the last time she actually drove a car herself was in 1996.  That's 18 years ago.

RadarOnline claims KIM KARDASHIAN and KANYE WEST'S wedding is happening in France this June . . . and that it will be TELEVISED. Supposedly, it'll air as part of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", so the E! network will be picking up "most" of the bill . . . not that Kim and Kanye would need any assistance in that regard. An "insider" says, quote, "Kim persuaded Kanye to let the cameras roll because . . . it's a lot easier for a network to deal with logistics of a foreign wedding than if it were just the two of them planning it."

Denise Richards has decided to move out of her home after her ex-husband Charlie Sheen threatened to evict her and their two daughters. Apparently, Charlie’s porn star girlfriend wanted Sheen to evict her from the home because she is jealous. Sheen bought the $7 million dollar house for Richards and their daughters. He also lives in the same gated community. Sources say Richards is going to move out and is already looking at other homes to lease or buy.

1/27/14 Justin Bieber Intervention

KRISTEN STEWART has an interesting item on her bucket list.  She says, quote, "I'm definitely going to shave my head before I die.  I will definitely tattoo my head while it's shaved before my hair grows back. I'm not sure which part, probably the bottom quadrant in the back.  I don't know what the tattoo would be, yet.  Still thinking."

Police were called to an Australian hotel Thursday night, after the smoke detector in one of the rooms went off.  But it turned out that was SNOOP DOGG'S room . . . and he was just, you know, doing what Snoop do.

JUSTIN BIEBER flew to Panama over the weekend where, according to the Internet, his family and friends staged some sort of "intervention."  Or something. Supposedly, Justin's dad flew there with him and the guest list also included:  His mom . . . Justin's manager Scooter  . . . USHER . . . the producer of his "Never Say Never" documentary . . . and Justin's so-called "best friend," Ryan Butler. While it's interesting that all these people gathered together with Justin . . . in Panama, no less . . . there's no evidence that an actual "intervention" took place.  But it does seem like it was more than just a vacation. By the way, the girl who was with Justin when he was arrested, CHANTEL JEFFRIES, also made the trip to Panama.

They hung out together on the beach, but it's unclear whether or not they're dating.

JUSTIN BIEBER'S DUI arrest last week can't be swept under the rug . . . yet . . . but some of the details may not have been as bad as you may have heard. For starters, some "source" tells CNN that Justin blew .011% and .014% in two Breathalyzer tests at the police station.  That's significantly below the general .08% legal limit.  Since Justin is under 21 . . . that doesn't even really matter. But still, even Florida's “zero tolerance” law for underage drivers requires a reading of .02%.  So .011% is a barely measurable amount. So maybe Justin wasn't legally drunk . . . but he did admit to also smoking pot and taking prescription meds . . . and he FAILED a field sobriety test. So he probably WAS driving under the influence, and he probably WAS too impaired to drive. Also, even though Justin was not charged with speeding, the arresting officer said that was his reason for stopping Justin and testing his sobriety. However, the head of the exotic car rental company that owns the yellow Lamborghini Justin was driving told CNN that the GPS tracking system in the car indicated that Justin didn't exceed 55 miles-per-hour in the 15 minutes before the stop. Justin was stopped in a 30 mile-per-zone . . . so even if he WAS speeding, the notion of it being a "drag race" is being called into question.  In fact, the car's GPS said Justin was "steady" at between 27 and 34 miles-per-hour on that road.

JUSTIN BIEBER was arrested after drag racing in Miami Beach early yesterday morning . . . and was charged with DUI, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license.  Here's the latest . . . After cooling his heels in jail for several hours, Justin made a brief appearance before a judge, who set a "standard" bail of $2,500.  Obviously, he didn't have any problem coming up with that.  He probably had that much ON him, in cash. In video from the bail hearing,  Justin tried to look "tough," but didn't say anything to the judge.  He left all the talking to his attorney, Roy Black. While leaving jail, Justin sat on top of a vehicle . . . and waved to his fans like a beauty queen or something.  Clearly, this kid doesn't seem to regret the example he's setting for his fans, a lot of whom are his age and YOUNGER.

It sure sounds like JUSTIN BIEBER'S parents are enabling his behavior.  Justin reportedly told the police that he didn't know what prescription medicine he'd taken . . . he just takes whatever his mom gives him.  Meanwhile, his dad was supposedly at the club with him just before his arrest, and was in one of the SUVs that helped block traffic so he could drag race.

Also, RadarOnline is reporting that Justin went down to South Beach after getting bailed out of the clink . . . to get DRINKS with his “cool dad”. Unbelievable.

Tori Spelling’s husband Dean McDermott checked into rehab. Dean released a statement saying, "I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family. I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues.” McDermott is accused of cheating on Spelling with a woman in Canada back in December.
