I am looking for a Small/Teacup Chihuahua for my mom. It can be full blooded or mixed as long as it's small because it will be in the house. Would prefer it to be short hair, female, and not over 12 weeks old. If you have one that's reasonably priced or free to a loving home please let me know. Thanks.
