Putnam Aging Fair Program Family Alzheimer's in-home respite A program to provide in-home respite care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia The only criteria is a diagnosis with Alzheimer's disease or another dementia and be a resident of Putnam County. We provide up to 16 hours of respite care a week to provide a regular break for caregivers while providing stimulation and socialization for the person with dementia.
