Sex Trafficking Seminar Set for Thursday

The Unitarian Universalist Church on Charleston's West Side will host a seminar on sex trafficking later this week. The US Department of Justice says the practice impacts between 100,000 and 300,000 American children each year, and a group that aims to prevent and eliminate sex trafficking will lead the seminar. Sister Anne Victory is education coordinator for the Collaborative Initiative to End Human Trafficking, based in Ohio, and she'll be the lead speaker. The session is at Unitarian Universalist Church Thursday night at 7pm. It's at 520 Kanawha Blvd. W. in Charleston.
