WV Doesn't Fare Well in Highway System Rankings

The latest Annual Highway Report released by the Reason Foundation says the state's highway system has gotten worse compared with the rest of the nation. The report ranked West Virginia 27th and 30th in the previous two reports, and now ranks 32nd. West Virginia ranks 47th in fatality rate, 45th in deficient bridges, 39th in rural interstate pavement condition, and 30th in urban interstate pavement condition.
