Appalaccian Power sends helpers from other states home

Workers are headed back home after coming to West Virginia to help Appalaccian Power restore electricity. More than 5,000 additional workers from 22 states were called to help get electricity back after the June 29 storms. Appalachian Power says now it may take until August before they're able to release the total cost of the storm. Overtime costs for West Virginia workers and all of the out-of-state workers' costs will be factored in.
