Below is what the new Dunbar - South Charleston Bridge should look like when it is done. Brayman Construction Corporation is the contractor. Click on their logo to see how this bridge will be put together.

Brayman embraces and incorporates leading edge design advancements such as cast-in-place cantilever construction - as utilized on the new Kanawha River Bridge project located in Charleston, West Virginia. Upon completion, the main span of this impressive structure will be the longest continuous segmental span in the United States. The “Cast in place” construction will incorporate the use of form travelers - a state of the art technique that will eliminate the need of a casting yard setup, as well as the need of lifting heavy segments into place.
