The 119 South Band is from Logan, WV.  Winners of the 2003 contest sponsored by WQBE to open the Regatta, the 119 South Band has been together for several years.  We are considered the house band for the Coalfield Jamboree at the Logan Theater. As such, we have opened for many top country acts including George Jones, Aaron Tippin, Darryle Singletary, Terri Clark, Billy Ray Cyrus, Marty Stuart, Charlie Daniels and many more. We are now accepting bookings for 2004.

We are currently in the process of completing our second CD recording. This one will feature our version of some of our favorite songs including Hole In The Pocket, Running Behind, Margaritaville, Bad Bad Leroy Brown, Behind Closed Doors, Looking For Love and more. Our first CD, titled "How Far Love Can Go" featured all original songs written or co-written by lead singer Robbie Bryant. The other band members include Mackie Johnson, drums; Steve Mayo, acoustic guitar; Jonathan McNeely, bass; Dave Short, lead guitar and vocals; and Jeff Lane, keyboards and vocals. Besides originals, our band plays new and classic country, southern rock and a mixture of oldie but goodies. We have a solid stage show that is always family-oriented. With the 119 South Band, you get a professional high-quality country music experience.
