DAVID LETTERMAN had to keep his assistants on the payroll, because he realized he's sort of lost without them.  He says, quote, "As it turns out, after all these years of having someone make my calls for me, I can no longer operate a telephone.  I don't know what to do with my hair, either."
THE ROCK sideswiped a truck the other day on the way to a movie set in the Boston area and knocked off its side-view mirror . . . but the owner refused to take any money from him, because he's The Rock.  Instead, he just fixed the damage himself.
Are Blake Lively and Ryan Reynold headed for a divorce? If you believe Life & Style Magazine....
Blake and her husband are going through a rough patch, just a few months after welcoming their first child into the world. The report claims that the couple is "living separate lives," and that they are both focused on their respective careers, leaving little room for their marriage. Sources say that it has become difficult for Blake and Ryan to find a balance. Adding a baby into the mix has only made things more challenging. One source says, "Blake and Ryan’s career rivalry is a problem. Ryan would like a wife who stays home, but that’s not Blake". Reps for the couple "insist" that there aren't any problems.

So apparently, LEONARDO DICAPRIO looks at the "Sports Illustrated" Swimsuit calendar like some people leaf through the Sears catalog.  And every once in a while, when he sees something he likes, he ORDERS IT. The issue came out in March . . . and by April, sources say Leo was already dating KELLY ROHRBACH, 2015's Rookie of the Year.  There's no word where this would leave Leo's most recent alleged girlfriend, RIHANNA.
GOLDIE HAWN and KURT RUSSELL have one of the most lasting relationships in Hollywood.  They've been together more than 30 years and they're STILL not married. Goldie explains, quote, "A lasting relationship isn't about marriage.  It's about compatibility and communication.  And you both need to want it to work . . . Intention is the key. It's also about not losing yourself in each other.  Being together, two pillars holding up the house and the roof, and being different, not having to agree on everything, learning how to deal with not agreeing.  Everything's a choice."
The website pointed out that EMMA STONE, JENNIFER LAWRENCE, and SCARLETT JOHANSSON are rarely paired up with guys their own age in movies.  Their love interests have included middle-age men like Bill Murray, Sean Penn, Billy Bob Thornton, and Joaquin Phoenix.  Basically, confirming the sexism in Hollywood.
It's hard to believe KEVIN FEDERLINE and JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE have ANYTHING in common . . . aside from the BRITNEY SPEARS connection.  But apparently, they're good friends.  This is according to K-Fed, not Justin. He says, quote, "In the beginning, when [Britney and I] first got together, it was awkward and I felt bad . . . I felt like maybe I should've called [Justin] and talked to him.  But I didn't have his number . . . [but now] me and J are cool. We have mutual friends, and I mean, we've gone out golfing, we've hung out.  You get older, you grow up, and you realize that was just a time in your life.  [Stuff] happens."  He adds that they definitely do NOT talk about Britney.

SANDRA BULLOCK has been named "People" magazine's Most Beautiful Woman of the Year.  Not surprisingly, her idea of beauty has nothing to do with looks.  She says, quote, "Be a good person, be a good mom, do a good job with the lunch, let someone cut in front of you who looks like they're in a bigger hurry.  The people I find most beautiful are the ones who aren't trying."
OK!" magazine would like you to believe that GEORGE and AMAL CLOONEY are expecting a baby.  A source says she's nearing the end of her first trimester, and they'd been planning it since before the wedding. Well, guess what?  It's not true.  Clooney's rep says, quote, "The story is made up."
ROBERT DOWNEY JR. got upset when a British journalist tried to ask him questions about his past drug abuse.  He said, "Bye", cut the interview short, and left.  The guy apologized, and Downey said, quote, "It's okay . . . You seem okay, it's just getting a little Diane Sawyer."
A woman has sued MILA KUNIS . . . claiming that she stole a chicken named "Doggie" from her.  She claims she was Mila's best friend back in the Ukraine, and when they were in the first grade, Mila stole her pet chicken . . . so she wants $5,000 in damages.  Mila made a video mocking the whole thing.
The 1983 movie "The Outsiders" was a breeding ground for future Hollywood superstars.  And according to C. THOMAS HOWELL, the guys are all still friends . . . except one:  TOM CRUISE. He says, quote, "I'm close with Ralph [Macchio], Rob [Lowe] will always be tight, Matt [Dillon] and I are always close.  But I'm afraid nobody spends time with Lord Cruise.  He's untouchable."
