A fitness
instructor has devised a 30-second test to determine your health. It’s a
pass-fail test. Either you can slip into your jeans one leg at a time -- while
standing -- or you need assistance. No leaning against the wall. No sitting down
on the bed. No jumping in both pant legs and pulling up your jeans in
one-fell-swoop.
This fitness expert says healthy people can pull their jeans on because
they have balance, flexibility, arm strength, and stability in their abs. But if
you fail this 30-second test it’s time you visit your doctor and find a fitness
routine.
